Tina Gattermann

As a synthesis of Tina Gattermann’s interest in Yoga and her success as an entrepreneur and executive in the fashion industry in her native Germany, in 2005 she authored Business Organization, which viewed organizations as living organisms, viewed through a collective mind-soul-body lens. 
By 2010, Tina turned her attention to her true passion- Yoga. It was also at this time that Tina came into contact with George Por’s Enlivening Edge, Frederick LaLoux’s Reinventing Organizations, and the Teal movement for organizational transformation. These catalyzed Tina’s adaptation of the Five Elements ancient wisdom to organizations, and human collaborative dynamics.
This was the genesis of The Elemental Environment, a meta-orientation that enables organizational healing of challenges by balancing the experiential flows by and between the individuals, teams, and divisions within them. Tina became a certified Coach in Systemic Psychology and Psychology Coaching in 2019.
In 2020 Tina crossed paths with Doug Breitbart, and The Elemental Environment was brought into manifestation as 2BElemental LLC, a corporate consultancy, and the 2BElemental Institute, a training, and educational arm.​

Doug Breitbart

Doug Breitbart embarked on his learning journey in 1998 with an Adlerian weekend workshop, for which he became a Certified Instructor 7 years later. Motivated by his daughter’s response to her brother’s arrival, he went on to become a Certified Instructor for Redirecting Children’s Behavior,  teaching parents how to parent without violence, from a place of unconditional love.

Doug has practiced Integral Law for the past 30 years and has served as a Life and Executive Coach since the mid-2000s.

​With his colleague Will Van Inwagen, he co-developed the Enlivening Edge Community Conversations, which coalesced into the Emergent Conversation Service offering of Being in Systems LLC, a consulting firm offering reintegration of “being” with doing within large multinational corporations.

Doug is also the co-founder of The Values Foundation and co-creator of  The Values Audit, with his Partner Fabian Szulanski. Doug met Tina Gattermann in 2019, and co-founded 2BElemental LLC.

​Doug hails from Michigan, where he lives with his wife Cheryl, and their two rescues, Huck and Leo.
